• Can I exchange my muzzle?
If your muzzle doesn't fit after all... A return/exchange is only possible within 14 days of receipt if the muzzle is clean and the rivets are not scratched. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return and add a small note.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
According to my right of withdrawal, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment. Please understand that as a small business, I cannot send return labels.
• Why can't I reach anyone by phone?
Because I want to work diligently and focused, my phone is often on silent. However, you are welcome to send me a WhatsApp message if you have any questions.
