In our workshop, we will make your adjustable custom collar. It is adjustable and has reinforced holes to prevent tearing.

Total width of the collar with 25mm Biothane® = 38mm

Type III Cord - also known as 550 cord - has a diameter of 4mm and a breaking strength of approx. 249kg or 550 American pounds - the origin of the name '550 cord'.
It consists of seven core threads and 32 sheath threads.
Our Type III Cord is particularly tear-resistant and is ideal for bracelets, survival bracelets, dog collars, dog leashes, horse halters, bridles, leading ropes and much more.
Our Type III Cord does not rot, dries quickly, does not fade and is washable at approx. 30°C. If possible, use a gentle hand wash program for a longer lifespan.
To protect your washing machine, it is best to place it in a pillowcase before washing.
We recommend disinfectant rinse for better hygiene.

We use original Biothane® from the USA!
It is particularly tear-resistant, scratch-resistant and truly uniquely robust. And that in all weather conditions!
