The rabbit meat used for the rabbit fillets is low in calories and fat compared to other types of meat, but rich in protein and various B vitamins, such as vitamin B12, which is involved in carbohydrate and fat metabolism and blood formation. Rabbit meat also has a high content of trace elements such as magnesium and iron, which are primarily involved in blood formation and are therefore important for muscle and nerve development.
