What's inside and why?

Horse meat (57%)
Horse meat is rich in vitamin A, which plays an important role in your dog's vision and the development of skin, teeth, and bones. The iron in the meat supports oxygen transport in the blood, and the copper supports your dog's metabolism. Horse meat has a high sodium content, which is partly responsible for regulating the body's water balance.

Horse hearts (20%)
Horse heart consists mainly of muscle. The fat it contains acts as a flavor enhancer, an energy source, and supports the absorption of important vitamins. Furthermore, it provides high-quality biotin and potassium.

Horse liver (3%)
Horse liver contains larger amounts of vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, and D, as well as iron. Liver is relatively low in fat and high in protein, and is therefore generally well-tolerated.

Parsnip (5%)
Parsnip contains high-quality fiber and vitamins. Its nutrients regulate digestion and can thus positively affect the immune system. In addition, parsnip contains high-quality carbohydrates and protein. Parsnips are particularly suitable for allergic dogs.

Carrots (4%)
In addition to energy, fiber, and few calories, carrots are healthy because they are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Particularly noteworthy are vitamin A and biotin. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.

Peas (4%)
Peas contain many vitamins. In addition to beta-carotene, peas offer a particularly large amount of B vitamins, and vitamin C is also included. Peas also score with minerals: magnesium, iron, calcium, and zinc make them a particularly healthy vegetable side dish.

Apple (2%)
Apples are suitable for a healthy diet because they contain many vitamins, minerals, and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid, pectins, and polyphenols.

Sunflower oil (2%)
Sunflower oil is an important source of vitamin E, linoleic and alpha-linoleic acid, as well as essential fatty acids.

Broccoli (1.5%)
Broccoli contains some vitamins in particularly high concentrations: vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene. In terms of minerals, broccoli is also significantly better equipped than many other vegetables. For example, broccoli provides significant amounts of calcium, iron, and copper.

Rosehip (0.5%)
In addition to vitamin C, rosehips contain numerous other ingredients that have a positive effect on health. These include: fruit acids, essential oils, pectins, tannins, silicic acid, the antioxidants lycopene and flavonoids, the vitamins provitamin A, vitamin B1 and B2, as well as vitamin E, the minerals zinc, copper, sodium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, and magnesium.

Algae lime (0.5%)
Algae lime consists of deposits of red algae. It mainly contains calcium carbonate, as well as magnesium carbonate and trace elements (boron, iodine, silicic acid), thus preventing a deficiency of minerals and trace elements. The high calcium content supports the stability of bones and teeth and compensates for the excess phosphorus from meat feeding, which can otherwise lead to kidney problems.

Blueberries (0.2%)
Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. They also have less fruit sugar than other fruits, making them suitable for dogs with diabetes. They are full of vitamins C, A, B, and E and contain a high proportion of minerals such as calcium, potassium, and phosphorus.

Brewer's yeast (0.2%)
Brewer's yeast contains many vitamins and minerals and is also a good source of protein. It also stimulates metabolism and helps keep blood sugar levels constant.

Seaweed meal (0.1%)
Seaweed meal contains many minerals such as zinc and carotenoids that support skin metabolism and the pigmentation of fur, nose leather, and paw pads. The lysine amino acid it contains optimizes nutrient utilization; cellulose and mannitol support digestion.
