The braiding consists of Parachute Cord.
Type III Cord - also known as 550 Cord - has a diameter of 4mm and a breaking load of approx. 249kg or 550 American pounds - the origin of the name '550' Cord. It is made from 100% nylon and consists of seven core strands and 32 sheath strands.
Our Type III Cord does not rot, dries quickly, does not fade, and is washable at approx. 30°C.

We use original Biothane® from the USA!
It is particularly tear-resistant, scratch-resistant and truly uniquely robust. And that in all weather conditions! Your collar is handmade in our manufactory.
